A man who was arrested on suspicion of causing the death of a 13-year-old cyclist has been re-bailed.
Alfie Brown, 13, from North Walsham, died when he was knocked off his bike by a white Ford Ranger truck on Knapton Road, near the village of Swafield, on the evening of August 10 last year.
Alfie was cycling home at the time.
He was due to start Year 9 at North Walsham High School.
An inquest into his death is ongoing.
The driver of the vehicle - a man in his 50s - was arrested later that night on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop.
He has been re-bailed until May 10 this year, Norfolk Police has confirmed.
His initial bail expired on November 30 last year, and he was subsequently re-bailed until February 10.
Alfie's funeral took place at St Nicholas’ Church in North Walsham on September 4, 2023.
