Cromer’s North Lodge Park will host a Super-Glide rink this February half-term, following the success of similar event two years ago.

Barry Meadows, from organisers Friends of North Lodge Park, said: “The skating rink in North Lodge Park in February 2017 was a real success with over 2,000 skaters across the week.

“And this year we’ve upgraded to a best synthetic surface we can find – the Super-Glide skating surface lets you enjoy an ice skating experience as near to the feel of water-based ice you can get.”

The rink will be open from 10am to 5pm February 19-23, and until 8pm on Friday, February 22. Advanced tickets are £6 from northlodgepark.org.uk or £7.50 on the day, for a 45-minute session giving 30 minutes of skating.

The rink is suitable for people of all ages and wheelchair friendly.
