The songs of Nat King Cole will performed at Cromer Pier to celebrate 100 years since the famed musician’s birth.
Andy Abraham, himself a platinum-selling artist and the runner-up of the 2005 X Factor series, will play at the pier’s Pavilion Theatre on Friday, April 5, as part of a tour marking Nat King Cole’s birth in March, 1919.
Mr Abraham, 54, from North London, said: “I feel extremely honoured that I get to celebrate a true legend in this way and it’s certainly a great way to mark my return to public performances.
“This show really targets people who share my enjoyment of Nat’s music. His legacy which has lived long in the industry is something I really admire, and I think the fact that his music is still widely regarded as some of the best the industry, demonstrates the sheer impact he had on the world.”
