A charity evening of dance, music and entertainment is being planned for Cromer, prompted by the recent suicides of several young men.
Cromer's Marlene's School of Dancing is putting on the show at Cromer Pier's Pavilion Theatre to raise money for mental health initiatives in the town.
Beverly Bishop, from Cromer, whose son, Jess Fairweather, took his own life last year after suffering from depression, will be a guest speaker. Also due to say a few words on stage will be North Norfolk MP and mental health campaigner Norman Lamb and counsellor Julia Berrington.
Dancer Millie Duniam has choreographed several dance pieces for the show around the theme of mental health.
Marlene Duniam, owner of the Louden Road dance school, said: 'From ticket sales we aim to help fund Share as One for Mental Health, a weekly hub in Cromer for people to go and seek professional help for those suffering with their mental health.
'This show aims to bring together the community for this worthy cause and would be great to see as many people as possible coming along to support us and see some great acts in the process.
'The aim is to inspire people to see different ways of coping with issues and how being active and creative really helps.'
Marlene's daughter, dancer Millie Duniam, has choreographed several dance pieces for the show around the theme of mental health.
There will be performances from Marlene's School of Dancing, My Bad Sister, Dougie Wright and the rapper Question.
The band My Bad Sister will be doing a cover of the gala hit Freed From Desire, their latest release, and dancers from the school will be performing a routine to that.
Mr Lamb said he was delighted to be able to support the concert.
He said: 'I want to thank everyone for organising this great event and hope it will help raise substantial funds for an incredibly important cause. I'm very pleased to be attending and supporting this initiative.'
Share as One for Mental Health is based at Cromer Football Club, Cabbell Park, and hosts a weekly drop-in on Tuesdays, 10am-4pm. It is open to anyone who needs help and the aim of the charity is to provide facilities for people in north Norfolk who live with mental illness.
