The timeless tale of Robin Hood is set to hit the stage in Stalham as the town's amateur drama group prepares for a pantomime.

Stalham Players will perform Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood, written by Ben Crocker and directed by Emma Furness.

The performance will star Taryn Everdeen as Robin Hood, Sian Hansen as Maid Marion and 'Millie and Lily' as the Babes in the Wood,

Ms Furness said: 'Come and join us find out whether Robin can save the Babes, whether Marion will be forced to marry the Sheriff - boo! - and whether Friar Tuck will ever get to eat breakfast.'

The panto will take place at Stalham High School with evening performances from 7.30pm on January 18, 19 and 20 and matinees from 2.30pm on January 20 and 21.
