Keith Skipper and his Press Gang entertainers have raised thousands of pounds for Break with special shows during their marathon stint on the local circuit. Now, on the last lap of a 25-year adventure, they are to lend more support in the charity's home town with a show at the Little Theatre on Sat Sept 20 (7.30pm).
A potent mixture of yarns, songs and reflections with that distinctive local flavour has helped fill village halls, theatres and other community meeting places since 1984. The Press Gang's Final Farewell Tour this year, with sell-out fixtures in village, town and city, underlines an insatiable appetite for a special brand of home-grown squit and wit.
"It's lovely to have a perfect excuse for this farewell fling at the Little Theatre. Several of us have been on stage here before, but this is bound to be a truly emotional experience ... especially for an old trouper like me from Cromer" says Keith.
Tickets £20.00 (includes wine!)
