Nature lovers will be able to boost the environment and keep fit at outdoor clean-up sessions.
The North Norfolk Workout Group will hold a scrub-clearing session on Monday January 12 on Sheringham Beeston Common.
People should meet at the lay-by on the A148 opposite Priory Maze and Gardens at 12.30pm.
The group will also help create a kingfisher bank at the River Mun Nature Reserve. People should meet in Southrepps at 10.30am.
Volunteers should wear old clothes, sturdy boots and waterproofs. Tools are provided.
