Summer 2008 will see The Lord Chamberlain's Men present Shakespeare's sparkling summer comedy Much Ado About Nothing.
On Saturday ( 21 June) the all-male theatre company The Lord Chamberlain's Men will be Blickling Hall with their production of Much Ado About Nothing. The open-air play encourages audience members to bring along picnics, deckchairs, and a glass of something chilled.
And Mark Puddle, the company's founder and creative director, said: 'During last season's tour we asked the audiences at every venue which show they would like to see the company produce in 2008. By far and away the peoples' favourite was Much Ado About Nothing. It's the perfect summer comedy and the company are very excited about the show. It's wonderfully entertaining, one of his finest.'
Tickets are still available from the Blickling Box Office on 0844 800 4308, or on the night by cheque or cash only. Adult £13 child £8. Gates open at 6.30pm for a 7.30pm performance.
