Concert-goers can expect an evening of beautiful music in a tranquil setting when the City of London Sinfonia performs in north Norfolk next month.
The orchestral group will play at St Catherine's church in Ludham, on Saturday, April 21, performing pieces such as Bach's Double Violin Concerto. Other works will include compositions by Tabakova, Purcell, Pärt and Mozart.
Councillor Becky Palmer, North Norfolk District Council portfolio holder for culture, said: 'The combination of a great programme, a world-class orchestra and this venue is sure to make for an amazing evening.
'We are pleased to be supporting this event, including by helping to keep ticket prices down.'
The concert starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £12 in advance or £15 on the door, and are available from Ludham Butchers or by calling 01692 678060.
