Have you ever bared your legs in a 'knobbly knees' competition, juggled brimming trays in a waiters' and waitresses' race or even been a member of the 'royal family' at Cromer Carnival?
If so, organisers of the event, which is being held for the 50th time in 2019, want to hear from you.
Cromer Voluntary Entertainments Organisation (CVEO), which puts on the week-long summer fiesta, is hosting a second drop-in morning for people to share their memories and photos of the carnival.
Tony Shipp, carnival chairman, said: 'As part of our celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the CVEO we are planning to put together a booklet of photographs, memories, highlights and the history of Cromer Carnival.
'Our first drop in morning was so successful we will be hosting a second one this month.
'I am sure many of you, who have been involved at some time over the past 50 years, have photographs and memories that could be part of that publication.
'It would be great if you could search these out or write them down and email them to us so we can hear what Cromer Carnival has meant to you.'

'We will also be putting all the memories and photos submitted onto a new website which we hope will grow throughout the year.'
