North Norfolk Beach Runners' Clare Donovan continued her remarkable form as she decimated a large field at the Ryston Runners' Shouldham Warren 5k race to take the ladies' race in a terrific time of 18:03.
North Norfolk Beach Runners' Clare Donovan continued her remarkable form as she decimated a large field at the Ryston Runners' Shouldham Warren 5k race to take the ladies' race in a terrific time of 18:03.
John Christopher ran an excellent race despite struggling with a heavy cold to finish in 18:43 whilst Jeremy Bolam continued his comeback from knee problems as he held off the fast-improving Wade brothers, Chris and Jamie, to clock 20:04.
Completing the strong turn out for the Beach Runners was Chris and Jamie's father, Ian, who enjoyed the best day of the year so far to get round the wooded course in just under 23 minutes.
