Hundreds of runners will be lacing up their trainers this weekend, ready to take part in a cross country event in aid of Norfolk-based children's charity Break.
The Hunny Bell run, which has been held on the Stody estate at Hunworth, near Holt, since 2006, is organised by estate manager Ross Haddow with the help of Break staff and volunteers and North Norfolk Beach Runners members.
Up to five hundred people regularly take part, with hundreds more turning out to watch.
Five-mile and 2.4 mile races are divided into four age categories from juniors, to seniors, with dog owners also invited to take part in a two-and-a-half mile walk around the estate with their four-legged friends.
Hunny Bell landlord and landlady Ben and Sarah Handley, said the pub was proud to be the main sponsor of the event.
To sign up for the run, which kicks off on Sunday at 9.45am with a juniors race, visit www.break-charity.org
