North Walsham Old Boys opened up their campaign with a stunning 6-2 drubbing of North Walsham A.

New boys to Division One Runton went down by the odd goal of five to visitors Corpusty. Whilst Coltishall returned home from Lyng with all three points, winners 2-0.

Defence appeared to be missing at Horning where East Ruston were the visitors as the home side took a 5-1 interval lead only for the visitors to hit back to eventually lose 6-4.

Newly-named Ludham got off to a winning start, with a 4-2 home success over visitors Hickling, although the game was much closer than the scoreline suggests.

In Division Two Aldborough Lions, who just missed out on promotion last season, started the season with a 4-2 win at Aylsham A, Briston hammered relegated Erpingham 7-0, newly promoted Haisboro Athletic opened their campaign with a fine 3-0 win at Stalham A.

Newcomers to the league, Worstead, kicked off their third division season with a visit to Cawston hitting five without reply, Liam Blackwell scoring all of the goals.

The only other game in the division saw Blakeney and Cromer Youth OB sharing the points and two goals.
