Suffield Park Bowls Club rounded off their annual dinner with the presentation of trophies for the season.
Club members, guests and sponsors enjoyed a dinner organised by club president John Filby and his partner Zoe.
In a change to tradition, this season's winners received cash prizes donated by sponsors as well as the traditional cups and shields.The Cliftonville Hotel sponsored the mixed pairs and EBA men's singles which were won by A Clarke and M Rutterford and John Filby respectively. Mary Rutterford went on to sweep the board by winning the ladies' singles and ladies' sets, sponsored by Lizzies Fruit and Veg. Mary also claimed the Ladies' Federation singles, sponsored by Smith Refrigeration.
G Sankey, T Green and R O'Leary claimed the men's triples, sponsored by Mary Janes, and the ladies' pairs under the sponsorship of Franks Concrete was won by Mary Rutterford and Phyllis Potter. The ladies' triples, sponsored by Park Chippy, went to D Mathie, E Martin and S Green.
