After 10 games without a win in the Sanders Coaches Division One of the Walcott Lighthouse Inn NEN League Erpingham travelled to East Ruston.
They not only achieved their first success thanks to a Tom Cullumbine brace and one from Phil Graveling but also recorded their first clean sheet.
Leaders Haisboro Athletic went on a goal spree at home to Hickling, Tom Crabb netting six times with Alan Maxwell and Steve Shaw netting one apiece in an 8-0 win. Aylsham A were 3-2 winners at home to Felmingham while two goals from Wayne Cutting and one from Ali Thurston set up at 3-1 away win for Gimingham at Holt Res, for whom Jack Boyle netted.
The top two sides in the Knights Trophies Division Two met at Gimingham Res and it was visitors Briston who won 4-0. On target were Tom Walton (2), John Brown and Lewis Vardigans. North Walsham A, at home to Gresham's, ran out 6-1 victors
