Tom Knight of Reepham High School has been selected to play for the U16 England rugby team. Over Easter he played in the U16 Four-Nations tournament against France, Italy and Wales.

The tournament was held in the brand new 70,000 seater Parc Y Scarlets stadium at Llanelli in Wales, and Tom describes gaining his first caps there as 'awesome, amazing, an experience that I will never forget.'

Tom was supported by Reepham's head of PE, Katie Lake, who travelled to Wales to watch him play. She told us: 'It was amazing to be there when Tom was presented with his England shirt in a pre-match ceremony. The whole event was a magnificent experience for me, even more so for a teenage boy.'
