Acle took regular wickets in the opening 20 overs. Turner was the only man in the top five to reach double figures as the hosts were left reeling 53-5, with Handley taking three of the wickets.
Michael Warnes and Kristian Regis steadied the Cromer innings with a partnership of 63. The stand was broken when Roberts got Regis for 24.
Warnes went on to reach his half-century from 56 deliveries before he was dismissed for 56 after a partnership of 30 with Luke Barrett.
Barrett was the eighth wicket to fal,l for 15, with his side on 160 and 8.5 overs remaining.

The ninth-wicket pair of Dean Elliott and Liam Davies proved to be thorns in Acle's side.
The two batted the remaining overs and helped their side post a very respectable score of 209. Elliott finished unbeaten on 25 and Davies 19 not out in a partnership of 49.
Handley was the pick of the Acle bowlers finishing with 3-13 from his eight overs whilst Roberts picked up two wickets.
Acle openers Porter and Munford got their side off to an excellent start, putting on 56, then Dean Elliott and Richard Charlwood came to the party and between them they worked their way through the Acle line-up.
Both bowlers hadexcellent spells and took four wickets apiece, and Acle went from 56-0 to 84-8.
There was slight resistance from Ward and Roberts but it was just delaying the inevitable as there were still 21 overs remaining for Cromer to get the final two wickets.
Victory came in the 35th over when Warnes grabbed the final two wickets as Acle were dismissed for 118 and Cromer secured a 91 run win.
