Ten students from Cromer's Fighting Fit Martial Arts Academy successfully completed their Cadet Black Belt Grading in the Korean martial art of hapkido.

Over 3½ hours they had to perform disciplines with minimum faults.

Academy owner and senior instructor, John Mezzetti said: “The gradings went really well with some near perfect pass marks. All students had to achieve a pass mark of 95 per cent, a few performed so well and were awarded between 98 and 99 per cent. The level of control, discipline and technical ability and understanding was excellent.”
