FOURTEEN skaters from Stalham Artistic Roller Skating Club skated towards various Federation of Artistic Roller Skating awards.

The skaters, who are trained by coaches Martin and Kerry-Asta Pickering and aged from eight through to adults, were closely watched by FARS judges Ron and Mollie Caton who marked them on basic skating ability, dance and free skating.

A surprise visit was made by former FARS British champion and friend of the club, Corrina Haylett.

Martin and Kerry congratulated the skaters on their awards and thanked FARS representatives Ron and Mollie Caton for judging the event and Corrina Haylett for providing expert advice and moral support.

Regular dance, grades and fun sessions are held in the main sports hall which can be found via the main reception at the Marina Centre, Marine Parade, Great Yarmouth.
