Two mini-red under-eight teams from Cromer played at Easton Tennis Centre on a hot and sultry day. The A team of Matilda Cabrera-Burns, Jack Bradshaw, Leo Malakar and Jude Ellis came away with gold medals in the Division One competition.
The club's B team of Oliver Jones, Isaac Ratcliffe, Jack Gray and Raife Steward picked up a well deserved silver medal in Division Three. The following day Matilda travelled to Ipswich and finished a respectable third in an LTA grade 3 individual event at Under-9 level.
The club had the week before hosted its Road to Wimbledon competition and the overall winner was Finn Lowe who goes through to the county final in July with the chance then to play at the All England Club later in the year.
