A woman in her late teens was slapped as she left a supermarket.
It happened between 5pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday, October 29 at the pedestrian exit of Sainsbury's in North Walsham, which leads onto Mundesley Road.
Police said the woman suffered minor facial injuries as a result of being assaulted by another woman.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information.
