A man has been arrested and bailed, but police are appealing for witnesses to provide more information about an assault in Buxton.
A fight broke out in the village near Aylsham between two men, which left one of the men with serious leg injuries and the other with minor head injuries.
The incident happened on Sunday October 31 between 12.45am and 1.11am on Crown Road.
A man in his 50s has been arrested in connection with the incident and released on police bail.
