West Runton calls in beach cleaners
West Runton beach cleaners will be holding their 4th annual litter pick on Saturday from 10am to midday. The event, which is organised by a team of Women's Institute members, has become a popular feature of the village calendar, with local people of all ages turning out to help, and Beach Cafe owners Tony and Louise laying on hot drinks and free car parking.

The event, which is organised by a team of Women's Institute members, has become a popular feature of the village calendar, with local people of all ages turning out to help, and Beach Cafe owners Tony and Louise laying on hot drinks and free car parking.
"It is a real social, community event," said WI member Hazel Quinnell. "And it helps to tidy up the beach ready for the summer influx of visitors, as well as for local people who use the beach all year round."
