More than 60 delegates from the national network of Walkers Are Welcome towns and villages will descend on Cromer this weekend for the annual get-together.
It will coincide with Norfolk's month-long walking festival, so many of the delegates will stay for a few days to explore the area.
Over the weekend of October 13/14 there will be displays, talks, walks and films on geology, coastal erosion, Norfolk trails, photography, brewing, RNLI and lifeboat launch, Victorian architecture, town history, and Our Undersea World.
On Sunday, two talks will be open to the public. Coastal management by Rob Goodliffe is from 11.30am to 12.30pm, and Our Unique Chalk Reef, by Rob Spray & Dawn Watson, from 2.15pm to 3.30pm. This illustrated talk will illuminate the secret world of the Cromer Chalk Reef with underwater films and photographs. Both talks will be in Cromer community hall, the hub for the weekend conference.
