A charity football match and fun-day in memory of a popular dad and husband will be held for the third year at North Walsham Football club.

Nathan Hill and his mother Jackie organised a fun-day and match at the ground in 2016 in memory of Mark Hill, who died, aged 55, in September 2015.

The third Match4Mark runs from 1pm to 7.30pm on Saturday, June 9 and will also feature a pub quiz and Marlene's School of Dance performing before kick-off.

Nathan Hill said: 'We raised £4000 for the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research in 2016 but only a couple of hundred quid last year. This year I'm aiming for a happy medium.

'We're bringing back some of the more popular stalls and activities from 2016 including the bouncy castle, penalty shoot-out, cake stall, tombola, name the teddy and face painting. But we've also got the pub quiz and Marlene's.'
