They've done it again. Shortly after winning a competition against nine other clubs in the Fens, North Norfolk Photographic Society has beaten three more local camera clubs in a competition.

In the annual three-way contest against the Buxton and North Walsham clubs, the society came first in the print and projected image sections, beating Buxton overall by 135 points to 125 points with North Walsham scoring 122 points.

Special credit went to Diana Knight with 'Unlucky' and to Malcolm English with 'The Embrace', a tender picture of a girl in the arms of a woman, which both gained full marks - 10 out of 10.

The battle was judged by Dave Saunders from Lowestoft.

Society meetings are normally held on the first and third Wednesdays each month at Holt community centre. For further details contact the club secretary, Judith Wells at secretary.nnps@gmail.com or visit http://www.nnphotosoc.org/
