After much speculation around the future of Cromer's Shopping Centre, charity Sue Ryder has confirmed that they will be moving onto the premises in Garden Street.
The news comes after it was announced that the current Sue Ryder store would be closed on Church Street so that a new Costa Coffee store can be opened in the town.
A Cancer Research unit beside Sue Ryder was also closed to accommodate the new coffee shop.
The new Sue Ryder store is due to open around April next year.
Sue Ryder Area Manager, Jo Panks, said: 'The Sue Ryder shop on Church in Cromer has closed but we will be opening a bigger and better new shop in the old Cromer shopping Centre on Garden Street in the town before Easter 2018.
'Our fabulous new store will be much bigger and offer an excellent shopping experience, whether you're looking for handbags, books, music, DVDs, even furniture or any number of other shopping delights. Why not make it your first port of call when you arrive in town? Sue Ryder promises to be the place to shop in Cromer.'
'Money raised at Sue Ryder shops supports the charity's seven hospices and five neurological care centres across the UK, which care for people living with conditions like cancer, heart failure, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury.'
Many of the former staff who volunteered or worked at the store will now be based in Garden Street.
