Sheringham Dementia Friendly Community (SDFC) has teamed up with the town's carnival committee to mark Dementia Action Fortnight with a memory 'moon walk' along the seafront.
The event will take place on Friday at 7.30pm, starting at Lifeboat Plain and following a route around the town and along the promenade.
Prizes will be handed out for the fastest around the 3.5 mile course, and for the best dressed group or individual.
Entrance is £10 or free with £50 of sponsorship and anyone wanting to take part should bring a torch and wear yellow, blue and 'glow' if possible.
SDFC secretary Liz Withington said: 'Through events like this we want to highlight how important it is that those living with dementia can continue to be part of their community for as long as possible.'
