Sheringham Little Theatre is appealing to outgoing, friendly and flexible people to take on volunteer roles ranging from showing audiences to their seats and selling ice creams, to helping backstage, selling programmes and manning its busy 'Hub' coffee bar.
The town centre venue, which is gearing up for its annual summer drama season, relies on an army of around 70 volunteers, from retirees, to students helping out during the holidays.
Theatre director Debbie Thompson said: 'Our volunteers are the backbone of our theatre – from the trustees on the board, to the people doing the washing up. We could not operate without the time and support they give us week in and week out, in all seasons.'
Volunteers should be able to do morning shifts, (9.30am-1pm), or afternoon shifts, (1pm-4pm). For more information, call the box office on 01263 822347 or email boxoffice@sheringhamlittletheatre.com
