Some 200 shops across Great Britain were entered into the competition.
Jinx and Paul and their team have undergone a rigorous judging process over the past year, including mystery shopper visits, strict quality assurance checks and visits from a team of judges.
Judges said: 'Jinx and Paul have a dedicated and commercial team fully supportive of the challenges of trading in the current climate. With their team they provide a personal level of service that is second to none with a commitment to understand the needs of their customers.'
