Jinx and Paul and their team received their award at an awards ceremony at the Budgens annual conference and gala dinner in Birmingham.
Some 200 shops across Great Britain were entered into the competition.
Jinx and Paul and their team have undergone a rigorous judging process over the past year, including mystery shopper visits, strict quality assurance checks and visits from a team of judges.
Judges said: 'Jinx and Paul have a dedicated and commercial team fully supportive of the challenges of trading in the current climate. With their team they provide a personal level of service that is second to none with a commitment to understand the needs of their customers.'
