The first two members of Cromer carnival's 'royal' family were chosen by a panel of judges, at a selection evening held at the town's Cliftonville Hotel.
Taking the starring role of Miss Cromer will be primary school teacher Emma Thompson, 21, with trainee drama teacher Amy Gibson, also 21, picked as senior attendant.
The pair, who will be crowned on August 12, will attend events throughout carnival week, which this year runs from August 11-17, as well as taking part in other events throughout the year.
Judges are now looking for two junior attendants, with youngsters aged from seven-11 invited to attend a selection event at The Cottage, in Lounden Road, at 7pm on Saturday.
Completing the royal line-up will be the carnival prince and princess, who will be chosen at a competition being held on the pier forecourt at 3pm on Sunday.
