North Norfolk MP Norman Lamb enjoyed record numbers during his annual summer tour of north Norfolk villages.
The health minister and his case workers passed through 55 villages during the five day tour, which finished on Friday.
He announced the tour's success via Twitter telling his 8,466 followers: 'Finished village tour this morning. Record numbers, lovely weather. Thanks to everyone for patience. Lots of casework!'
His wife Mary, case workers and councillors stood in for him on Thursday - taking in 12 stops - after he was called back to parliament to discuss Syria.
