Twice this week I have had a very close shave with cyclists riding on the footpath in North Walsham town centre.
The first lad just stood in silence when I spelt out the dangers of such activities, the second lad told me the reason for cycling on the public footpath was because the roads are unsafe! I'm now wearing a body camera when I go out walking.
