Plans for new specialist supported living apartments for 18 people with disabilities are to go on display.

The development in Queensway, North Walsham, is designed to give people with learning and physical disabilities more independence by having a home with its own front door, often for the first time in their lives. It would be staffed by support workers around the clock.

Alastair Sheehan, development director of specialist supported living developer HBV, said: 'I would be pleased if people could come and see our plans, learn more about our development and see for themselves the positive difference it will make to local disabled people, their families, local businesses and the wider community.'

The plans will be on show at North Walsham Community Centre on Tuesday, February 13 from 2pm to 7.30pm. Visit www.hbvillages.co.uk for more.
