Police have charged a 21-year-old man North Walsham man with assault and a public order offence.
John Devine, of Cromer Road, North Walsham was charged with the offences which relate to an incident that took place on Holt Road, Cromer on Saturday, October 9.
He will appear at Cromer Magistrates on Thursday, November 4.
