The North Norfolk Simply Outstanding, one-day event takes place at Gresham's School, Holt, on March 26.
Companies including Tuddenham-based Norfolk Farmhouse Ice Cream, Broadland Wineries and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve have already signed up to exhibit and take the chance to talk to figures from the county's tourism industry.
David Hunter, chairman of the North Norfolk Tourism Round Table, said: 'We all understand just how difficult things are at the moment but the very positive response from Norfolk businesses tells me that they are perhaps more confident about the coming months that the national media would have us believe.'
