A Norfolk artist's latest calligraphy work is on display at a district council office's gallery in Cromer.
The exhibition Pillars of Strength, by Norfolk-based calligraphist Carole Wilshaw, has been featured at the North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) office gallery since Wednesday, May 15.
The exhibition, created by the former adult education and calligraphy teacher, consists of decorated or illustrated scripts and letters.
A council spokesperson said: "Now retired and living in Norfolk, she is a member of Norfolk Scribes, the group that allows her to work on projects as her exhibition, Pillars of Strength.
"In this collection Carole mostly uses Designers Gouache [paint] for the lettering; often working on various backgrounds of tissue paper, Japanese silk paper or marbled papers and her work is usually decorated or illustrated."
You can view the exhibition at the NNDC office, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
