A lifelong Aylsham resident had a picture perfect birthday when she won a trophy at 'the Oscars of the greeting card industry'.
Mandy Baker was presented with the award for 'employee of the year' at the Retas Awards in London.
Mrs Baker works at Celebrations, Aylsham's Hallmark shop in Market Place.
Shop owner, Linda Bygrave said the award was well deserved. She said: "Earlier this year I had flu and pneumonia and had eight weeks of work and Mandy just stepped in and took over even cancelling a week off that she was going to have.
"She also does more than she is paid to do every week, without being asked.
"She has lived in the town all her life, and therefore knows a lot of people and enjoys the contact of the public."
Mrs Baker said: "It made my birthday very special and memorable."
