Mum and children freed from lift by Cromer firefighters
A mum and her two young children were freed by Cromer firefighters after they got stuck in a lift at a block of flats in Suffield Park this morning.Two engines went to the scene at Suffield Court, on Mill Road, just before 10am and manually lowered the lift which had got stuck between the third and fourth floors.

Two engines went to the scene at Suffield Court, on Mill Road, just before 10am and manually lowered the lift which had got stuck between the third and fourth floors.
Crew manager David Abbs said the woman had used her mobile phone to ring her mother who suggested she rang the fire service.
She was trapped with her two-year-old daughter and a four-month-old baby for an unknown amount of time.

'There were a few tears when we opened the doors but they were otherwise OK,' said Mr Abbs.
