The body believed to be that of North Walsham’s Ian Tang has been discovered near Swafield.

The body was found this morning at around 11.15am, near North Walsham.

Police officers assisted by the Fire and Rescue service, Lowland Rescue and members of the local community conducted a search of the area after 10am.

Investigations continue into the circumstances leading up to the man’s death.

Formal identification is yet to take place but the man is believed to be missing person Ian Tang, 20, who was last seen in the early hours of Sunday, December 10 after leaving the KA club in town.
