A north Norfolk card club has celebrated the 100th birthday of one of its members with a special card game themed cake.
Lily Boddington, who lives in Holt, turned 100 years old on Monday, February 18, and marked the occasion with her competitors at Avenue Bridge Club, High Kelling.
The group, who meet every Tuesday evening in High Kelling Village Hall, greeted Lily with a toast and bridge-themed birthday cake, at 7pm on Tuesday, February 19.
Mrs Boddington, originally from Nottinghamshire and a former home help manager, moved to north Norfolk in 2012, and has been playing at the club ever since.
She also celebrated her birthday at home with her family on Monday evening, including her daughter Joan Moore, son-in-law Richard, and granddaughter and great-granddaughter.
