Six lifeboat crew members swapped water for wheels but stayed close to the coast to raise £800 to pay for their navigational training.
The six, who serve on Sheringham Lifeboat, did a sponsored cycle ride from Hunstanton boathouse via Wells to Sheringham lifeboat station on September 28.
The men - Dave Hagan, Kevin Theodore, Stuart McLeod, Jamie Poulter, Adam Reith and Dean Rolph - completed the rain-lashed route in four-and-a-half hours, with a couple of
pit-stops.
