North Norfolk stitching group Knit and Natter celebrated the Queen's jubilee in red, white and blue style at an al fresco lunch hosted by Frances Harcourt in her Sheringham garden.

Group members, who knitted jubilee-themed items including a tea cosy crown decorated with gold-coloured wool, were joined by Linda Brown and Melanie Carr of Norfolk Knitters Action Group.

Part of the 840-member organisation Norfolk Knitters, Sheringham Knit and Natter is one of 16 Norfolk groups whose members produce knitted clothing, blankets and toys for charities including the International Aid Trust, which supports needy families in Eastern Europe and Asia.
