Firecrews dealt with a trio of varied incidents across North Norfolk on Wednesday.

A man with his hand trapped in a treadmill was freed by firemen at Charles Road, Holt at 8.43am.
White spirit leaking from a large drum in a garden at Chapel Road Dilham was dealt with by crews from Wroxham, Stalham and a chemical incident unit at 8pm.
And just after 8pm a crew rescued a kitten from the roof of St Nicholas Court at North Walsham.
