The oldest member of a north Norfolk seated exercise class is proving you are never too old to keep fit.
Joyce Irvine, who is 90 on Friday, March 2, has enjoyed the 45-minute class since it was started by North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) in 2015.
She said: 'There is a real sense of friendship among the group, it is a great place to meet people and socialise. We all have great fun and, of course, I really enjoy the exercise.'
Classes are run by Wyn Nurse, NNDC's senior sport activator, at: Meadow Close, Cromer, Victory Housing communal room on Monday at 2pm; Anchor Close, Sheringham, Victory Housing communal room on Tuesday at 2.30pm: Portal Field, Stalham, Victory Housing communal room on Wednesday at 10.30am: Cromer library on Thursday at 10.30am: Heather Barrow Court, Fakenham, Victory Housing communal room on Friday at 11am and Sheringham library on Friday at 2pm.
