Thieves have stolen jewellery and a laptop from a house.

The burglary took place at Blackthorn Avenue in Holt sometime between 8.10am and 6.30pm on November 7, when the thieves forced open a rear bedroom window.

Vandals also caused criminal damage to a restaurant in Albert Street in the town, throwing an object at the front window sometime between 9pm on November 3 and 12.30pm the following day.

Anyone with information about the burglary or the damage should contact Norfolk police on 101.
