Proposals have been put forward for a restaurant extension at a north Norfolk pub.
It is intended to create a steak grill type restaurant with a charcoal grill as a focal point of the dining area, at the Kings Head pub in High Street, Holt.
The extension would be timber and steel framed and based at the rear of the pub. It will be clearly distinguishable and structurally independent from the original building.
A planning application submitted to North Norfolk District Council states; 'The pub currently has a shortage of restaurant seating areas and the applicant would like to expand this side of the business.'
The plans are currently under consultation.
