More than 50 members of the Norfolk Coast Partnership and guests attended, and there was a talk about how the year had focused on youth, community and art.

Estelle Hook, partnership manager, said: “It’s been an amazing year and we took on a range of new projects in addition to our core work to celebrate this beautiful place and its protection.

“We have focused on working with our communities, with art and especially with young people. We sent a youth delegate, Olly Heaton, to the Europarc Conference to meet with young people from national parks and protected areas all over Europe.”

Gin Wilson-North, Norfolk Coast Trust trustee, invited participants to find out more and get involved. “We are starting off by listening, and working with all the organisations that are already here looking after this amazing place,” she said.
