A fire has broken out on Kelling Heath for second time within a week.
A Norfolk Fire and Rescue spokesman said a 'small area of grass' was alight at the north Norfolk beauty spot, near Sheringham.
One crew from Wells Fire Station was called to the scene at 9.45am today (Sunday, July 8), to put out some smouldering hot spots, and used a backpack spray to dampen the area down.
The incident was declared over by 10.40am.
The blaze is not believed to be connected to a blaze at Kelling Heath on Thursday night, which saw at least three crews spend two hours fighting a fire.
It comes amid a spate of wildfires caused by particularly dry conditions, including one at Mousehold Heath in Norwich.
