Police want to speak to witnesses who saw a drone operating in the same area where two attempted burglaries occurred.

The incidents happened at properties in The Hill in Westwick, near North Walsham, overnight between Monday and Wednesday last week (14/16 May) in which a shed and a garage were targeted.

The would-be burglars failed to gain entry in both incidents but damaged was caused to locks.

Police are keen to hear from anyone with information, in particular anyone who witnessed someone operating a drone, seen flying in the area between the dates stated.

Anyone with information should contact PC Matt Pritty at North Walsham police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
